1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE

1.1 MOCHADO EVENT and the Services We Provide

MOCHADO EVENT AS, organization number 930557706 (hereinafter referred to as "Mochado", "we", or "us"), is an event agency offering tailored events and professional services within event planning, marketing, hosting, and corporate-related activities such as team building and workshops. We assist our corporate clients with everything from content production (photo, video, and reels) to organizing customized events. In addition, we provide consulting and guidance on how to best communicate and facilitate events that leave a lasting impression.

1.2 Terms of Use

These terms apply to all businesses using Mochado's services or visiting our website. By entering into a partnership with us, you agree to the terms described herein.

1.3 Changes to the Terms

Mochado reserves the right to update or change these terms when necessary. We encourage you to review the terms regularly for any updates.

2. COLLABORATION AND INFORMATION GATHERING

2.1 Collecting Information

To deliver our services, we collect relevant information about your events, needs, and preferences. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Contact details (company name, contact person, email, phone number)
• Type of event and specific requirements
• Desired services (photography, video, host, team building, etc.)
• Any marketing preferences

2.2 Use of Collected Information

The collected information is only used to ensure optimal service delivery. We do not share this information with third parties without consent unless required by law.

3. AGREEMENTS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Service Orders

When a company orders services from Mochado, an agreement is established that outlines the delivery, scope of the service, and pricing terms.

3.2 Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send notice to post@mochado.no within the applicable deadline.

3.3 Cancellations and Changes

Events & Entertainment:
For events that include speakers, team building, concerts, shows, or similar entertainment, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before the event
• No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event
• Date changes may be considered, depending on availability and terms with our partners

Hotel & Restaurant:
For bookings that include hotel stays, restaurant visits, or meals as part of the event, the cancellation terms of the specific hotel or restaurant apply. These may vary but will always be communicated upon booking.

Prepayment and Refunds:
All clients are invoiced in advance. If cancellation occurs after the deadline, no refund will be issued, as we are still charged by our partners.

4. USE OF WEBSITE AND SERVICES

4.1 Acceptable Use

By using Mochado’s website and services, you agree to:

• Use the services as intended
• Not misuse, manipulate, or exploit Mochado’s services or website
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not copy, distribute, or modify website content without permission

Violations of these guidelines may result in service suspension or legal action.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing is agreed individually based on the needs and scope of the event. Prices may include:

• Planning and coordination
• Photo and video services
• Hosting and entertainment
• Marketing and promotion

5.2 Payment Terms

Invoices are sent upon agreed services, with a 14-day due date unless otherwise specified. Late payments are subject to interest in accordance with the Norwegian Interest on Overdue Payments Act.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

6.1 Processing Company Data

Mochado processes collected company data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We only store the necessary information required to carry out our services.

6.2 Use of Photos and Marketing

By collaborating with us, the company consents to Mochado using photos and video recordings from the events for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL MATTERS

7.1 Dispute Resolution

Mochado aims to resolve any disagreements amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue, the matter may be brought before the Consumer Council or relevant authorities.

7.2 Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes between MOCHADO EVENT and the customer should first be attempted resolved amicably. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled under Norwegian law, with the legal venue in MOCHADO EVENT AS's local district court.
If resolution fails, the customer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council can be reached at +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Oslo District Court is the agreed legal venue.
