1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE

1.1 Mochado and the Services We Offer

Mochado AS, organization number 928 127 834 (hereinafter referred to as “Mochado”, “we”, or “us”), is a talent agency representing extras, models, actors, dancers, athletes, artists, producers, musicians, and more.

We support our talents with marketing, photography, and guidance to help them find roles suited to their unique qualities. We also prioritize mentoring our talents in communication, boundary-setting, and achieving personal success. This includes workshops, team building, personal coaching, and portfolio/CV development with help from our mentors.

Mochado is about breaking down prejudices together. We aim to promote diversity by showcasing people of different backgrounds and nationalities. We strive to create a sense of belonging for everyone. Together with our models, actors, and other talents, we seek to leave lasting positive impressions that build real value.

We have no specific appearance requirements for our models—everyone is welcome and included. What matters is that our talents have personalities aligned with our values. Our ambassadors represent these values by using their influence to improve society and serve as positive role models for youth.

1.2 Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to all memberships with Mochado, and to the use of our website and services. We ask that you read these terms carefully. By registering as a member, visiting, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not register as a member or use our website.

1.3 Revisions to the Terms

These terms may be updated or revised periodically. You should review them regularly. The revision date is shown at the top of this page. By accessing or using our services or website, you agree to the current version of the terms.

1.4 Restrictions on Use

You acknowledge and accept that Mochado may suspend or terminate your membership and restrict access to parts or all of our services or website if you violate these terms, if there is strong suspicion of such violations, for your own security, or if required by law or authority order.

2. YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH MOCHADO

2.1 Membership Registration

To register, you must provide your contact details, including name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for submitting accurate, lawful, and complete information and for keeping it up to date. You may not register using someone else’s email or on behalf of another person or entity.

You must be 18 years or older to register. Parents or guardians may register on behalf of children under 18.

2.2 Acceptance of the Terms

You must read and accept these terms to be a member of Mochado.

2.3 Consent to Use of Images

To allow us to take, publish, and share images of you on our platforms (including but not limited to our website and social media), you must consent to the use of such images. Registering for membership constitutes this consent.

2.4 Profile Page

Upon registration, a profile page is created for you on our website. This page is publicly visible, but your contact information is only accessible to production companies, clients, and hiring partners.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE

3.1 Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only as intended and in accordance with these terms. This means, among other things, that you may not:

• Use our website in violation of laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to or interfere with services, devices, data, accounts, or networks
• Engage in hacking, tampering, modifying, reverse engineering, or disassembling site software
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Use our services in a way that harms Mochado or disrupts others' access
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations
• Collect data such as emails or contact information without consent

3.2 Rights to Mochado Content and Services

By using our website and services, you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any content or service for commercial purposes.

3.3 Our Equality Policy

Mochado is committed to equality for all—models, staff, clients, and suppliers. We oppose all forms of unlawful discrimination based on gender, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, sexual orientation, race (including national origin), religion or belief, disability, and age.

3.4 Breach of Terms

Violation of these terms may result in loss of access to our services. We will only restrict access when necessary. Unless immediate exclusion is justified, you will receive reasonable notice beforehand.

Violating section 3.2 may also result in compensation claims from Mochado.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Registration and Membership Fees

Membership at Mochado costs NOK 350 per month. A one-time registration fee of NOK 350 applies, with a one-month binding period. After two months, the monthly fee will be automatically charged unless the membership is cancelled before the notice period ends. Payment is handled via our membership portal.

4.2 Binding and Notice Period

Membership has a one-month binding period. After this, it can be cancelled with one month’s notice.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of entering into this agreement. To withdraw, send an email to: mochado.agentur@gmail.com

6. SERVICE ERRORS

Mochado is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or the information on our website, including unavailability of information.

Production companies or clients are solely responsible for fulfilling the agreements you enter with them. Mochado does not represent these parties. Direct all inquiries to the relevant client or company.

7. OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

When you use our services, we collect certain personal data. Mochado is the data controller for personal data processed through our website. For assignments, the individual client is the data controller.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL VENUE

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council at +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Oslo District Court shall be the legal venue.
