Workshops

Our workshops are structured in multiple modules, providing our talents with the opportunity to develop their skills with guidance from our team of mentors and advisors. While our workshops address some of the same needs as our courses, they extend over a longer period, allowing for a deeper dive into their craft.

Casting

We assist our talents with everything from marketing, photography, and reels to honing in on roles that suit each individual.

Advisory Service

Mochado has its own mentors and advisors who work to share their expertise on how to succeed in the industry. You receive one-on-one guidance and follow-up that is personal and tailored to the individual.

Create a CV

Mochado assists and helps its talents tailor their CVs to appear as professional and attractive as possible to the industry. We understand the importance of a first impression and place great emphasis on creating a CV that gives the right impression of our actors.

Create a Portfolio

All talents at Mochado can have their own professional portfolio to take with them wherever they travel or apply for jobs. It should be easily accessible and provide a concise, simple, and professional impression of who they are, what qualities they possess, and what they can offer.

Our talents become the agency's ambassadors and public face, contributing to positive societal change by using their resources and being positive role models for the young.

My name is Sonja Wanda, and I am the managing director at MOCHADO.

My modeling career began with a mother who had great faith and big dreams for me. She herself had been a model for both KK and Allers, and I remember my sister and I admiring her on stage. When I was 14 years old, we went together to various modeling agencies – and I was quickly welcomed at Heartbreak. At 15, I had my first trip to London with my mom, where I fronted a major campaign for the clothing giant Topshop. This turned out to be the start of a 13-year-long career as an international model, with the British capital as my base and the world as my workplace. In the international market, I have worked for Karl Lagerfeld, Ralph Lauren, and Marc Jacobs, to name a few.

The Beginning of MOCHADO

After 18 years of experience in the modeling industry and as an actress in the NRK series EXIT and the Netflix success Home for Christmas 2, I decided to start my own agency. I began exploring what the market had to offer in modeling, acting, and casting. My sister also has experience in modeling and acting, and we decided to collaborate. After our first meeting, we immediately started brainstorming ideas for the agency. We placed special emphasis on what Mochado could offer in terms of new visions in the market, and both my sister and I were determined to be an agency focused on diversity.

In the modeling industry, I have learned how to take care of myself and my body, and what constitutes a normal and healthy diet. I share all my personal experiences and help you on your journey to further develop your talent.

My name is Julia Wanda, and I am a co-owner of MOCHADO.

It has always been important for me to give back to the community through work and education. I have a diverse background in environmental work and have participated in various projects for Minotenk in the Fredrikstad municipality. Additionally, I have worked as a motivator in the organization VIBRO, which is under the Crown Prince Couple's Fund. VIBRO works to uncover and solve societal issues related to young people, as well as develop and implement value-creating projects in this field. Through these experiences, I have grown significantly as a person and have taken with me important lessons that are reflected in Mochado's values. My desire is to create a positive work environment at Mochado and contribute to ensuring that all our talents experience a sense of achievement.
