My name is Giselle Zoe Mwale Sefu, and I’m 17 years old. I would describe myself as someone deeply drawn to all things artistic and musical. I spend most of my time drawing, painting, designing outfits, dancing, listening to music — and singing along. I express myself through art and movement, using body language and emotion to communicate what words often can’t.

My love for creativity started early. I fell in love with dance when I began ballet at the age of six. I spent my childhood sketching, playing outside with neighbors, and watching the ballet films we had at home. Not much has changed since — except my days are now filled with more variety, more experiences, and deeper purpose.

Movement, Sports & Expression

In addition to art, I’m passionate about sports. I’ve played football with ØIL, competed in track & field, and in the winter I enjoy downhill skiing and cross-country skiing with friends and family.

But what really gives me that spark — the kind that makes my stomach flutter — is performing. I felt it the first time I walked a runway, when I was filmed for "Utsyn", when the applause rose during a dance performance, or when I finished a drawing I was truly proud of.

A Dream in Motion

I dream of being part of something bigger than myself — a production, a team, a creative space where memories are made and experience is gained. Experience that will help shape the person I am — and the person I hope to become.

I want to be someone that both my current self and younger self can look up to. Someone who dares to step into the unknown, chasing a dream with purpose and passion.

I know that with a clear goal, strong motivation, and the right intentions, I have the power to achieve what I set out to do. I’m excited to see what the future holds — and one thing is certain: I will follow what brings me joy.
